It gets easier. You get used to it.
The more you restrict, the more cravings start to fade. Soon, sweets, junk food & big, heavy portions will disgust you. An empty stomach will start to feel euphoric. Keep going! Feel your hunger & pain dissappear, and watch your fat dissappear too.
